How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Depending on the shipping company, your order may arrive within 3 to 7 business days after it has been prepared (left at the shipping company).
How much does my shipping cost?
Standard shipping costs $199.00 MXN (3 to 7 business days). All our shipping methods are express, but delivery time will depend on your postal code and location.
What if I live at a distant address?
If your location is a remote area, you will be notified before shipping to verify the situation.
Which shipping company do you use?
We work with Fedex, Estafeta and Redpack.
Can I select express shipping even if I live in a remote area?
No, unfortunately express shipping is not available in remote areas because courier services are unable to deliver within those timeframes.
How long does it take to process and/or prepare my order? 24 hours or less, depending on where your order is fulfilled.
How can I check the status of my order?
When your order is prepared, you will receive an email with its status and tracking information for your package.
What happens if my shipment takes longer than expected?
At COLETTE CURVE We can help you file a report with the shipping company and inquire about the reason for the delay; however, we cannot intervene in the shipping process with the shipping company.
REFUND POLICY
For any exchange or clarification, the garment must have its original tag and be in perfect condition. Additionally, you must have your proof of purchase.
How many days do I have to return my product?
You have a period of 7 calendar days from the date notified by the courier that you received your package.
What if the garment doesn't fit me or I don't like it?
Please contact us with your order number and proof of purchase. At COLETTE CURVE, we can exchange your item for another of your choice. Return shipping costs for the item to COLETTE CURVE and shipping costs for the new item are the responsibility of the customer.
What happens if I exchange it for a cheaper item?
The difference will remain as a credit in your favor for a period of 7 calendar days. We do not offer refunds.
What if I want to exchange a product I bought at a discount?
We do not offer exchanges or returns on discounted items.
