How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Depending on the courier, your order may arrive within 3 to 7 business days after it has been prepared (after being left at the courier). Once left at the courier, COLETTE CURVE is not responsible for the condition or handling of the package during its journey or upon arrival with the customer.
How much does my shipment cost?
STANDARD shipping costs $150.00 MXN (3 to 7 business days). All our guides are EXPRESS, but it will depend on your zip code and location.
What if I live at a remote address?
If your location is a remote area, you will be notified before shipping to verify the situation.
What shipping service do you use?
We work with Fedex, Estafeta and Redpack.
Can I select express shipping even if I live in a remote area?
No, unfortunately express shipping is not available in remote areas because the couriers are not able to arrive within these time frames.
How long does it take to process and/or prepare my order?
From 24 to 48 hours depending on where your order is delivered.
How can I know the status of my order?
When your order is prepared, you will receive an email with its status and tracking information for your package.
What happens if my shipment takes longer than stipulated?
In COLETTE CURVE We can help you raise a report with the courier and check the reason for the delay, however we cannot intervene in the shipping process with the courier.
What happens if my shipment never arrives or gets lost?
Once the order has been prepared, COLETTE CURVE is not responsible for the handling of the package to the order. If it is lost or mistreated by the package, please contact us so we can find a way to help you as much as possible. However, we do not offer any guarantees.
REFUND POLICY
For any exchange or clarification, the item must have its original label and be in perfect condition. In addition, you must have your proof of purchase.
How many days do I have to return my product?
You have a period of 7 calendar days from the date notified by the courier that you received your package.
What happens if the garment did not fit me or was not to my liking?
Please contact us with your order number and proof of purchase. At COLETTE CURVE we can exchange an item for another of your choice. We do not issue refunds. Shipping of the item back to COLETTE CURVE and shipping of the new item requested are the customer's responsibility.
What happens if I exchange it for a cheaper item?
The difference will remain in your favor as a credit for a period of 7 calendar days. We do not offer refunds.
What happens if I want to exchange a product I purchased at a discount?
We do not offer exchanges or returns for discounted products.
